1. The use environment should always be kept clean, the fan surface should be kept clean, and the air inlet and outlet should be free of sundries. Remove dust and other sundries in the fan and pipe regularly.

2.只能在風(fēng)機(jī)完全政黨情況下方可運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，同進(jìn)要保持供電設(shè)施容量充足，電壓穩(wěn)定，嚴(yán)禁缺相運(yùn)行，供電線路必須為專用線路，不應(yīng)長(zhǎng)期用臨時(shí)線路供電。

2. The fan can only be operated under the condition of complete party. The capacity of power supply facilities shall be sufficient and the voltage shall be stable. It is strictly prohibited to operate without phase. The power supply line must be a special line and shall not be powered by temporary lines for a long time.

3.風(fēng)機(jī)在運(yùn)行過(guò)程中發(fā)現(xiàn)風(fēng)機(jī)有異常聲、電機(jī)嚴(yán)重發(fā)熱、外殼帶電、開(kāi)關(guān)跳閘、不能起動(dòng)等現(xiàn)象，應(yīng)立即停機(jī)檢查。為了保證，不允許在風(fēng)機(jī)運(yùn)行中進(jìn)行維修。檢修后應(yīng)進(jìn)行試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)五分鐘左右，確認(rèn)無(wú)異?，F(xiàn)象再開(kāi)機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。

3. If the fan is found to have abnormal sound, the motor is seriously heated, the shell is electrified, the switch trips and cannot be started during the operation of the fan, it shall be stopped immediately for inspection. In order to ensure safety, it is not allowed to carry out maintenance during fan operation. After maintenance, the test run shall be carried out for about five minutes, and the machine shall be started again after confirming that there is no abnormal phenomenon.

4.根據(jù)使用環(huán)境條件不定期對(duì)軸承補(bǔ)充或更換潤(rùn)滑油脂（電機(jī)封閉軸承在使用壽命期內(nèi)不必更換潤(rùn)滑油脂），為保證風(fēng)機(jī)在運(yùn)行過(guò)程中的良好的潤(rùn)滑，加油次數(shù)不少于1000小時(shí)/次，封閉軸承和電機(jī)軸承，加油用ZL–3鋰基潤(rùn)滑油脂填充軸承內(nèi)外圈的2/3。嚴(yán)禁缺油運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。

4. Supplement or replace the lubricating grease for the bearing irregularly according to the use environment conditions (it is not necessary to replace the lubricating grease for the closed bearing of the motor in the service life). In order to ensure the good lubrication of the fan in the operation process, the oil filling times shall not be less than 1000 hours / time. The closed bearing and the electric bearing shall be filled with zl-3 lithium base lubricating grease to fill 2 / 3 of the inner and outer rings of the bearing. It is strictly forbidden to operate without oil.

5.風(fēng)機(jī)應(yīng)貯存在干燥的環(huán)境中，避免電機(jī)受潮。風(fēng)機(jī)在露天存放時(shí)，應(yīng)有防雨措施。在貯存與搬運(yùn)過(guò)程中應(yīng)防止風(fēng)機(jī)磕碰，以免風(fēng)機(jī)受到損傷。

5. The fan shall be stored in a dry environment to avoid motor damp. When the fan is stored in the open air, rainproof measures shall be taken. In the process of storage and handling, the fan shall be prevented from bumping, so as to avoid damage to the fan.

擇風(fēng)機(jī)殼主要看冷鍍鋅板的鍍層厚薄。薄的易銹，不宜選用；風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)風(fēng)罩有鍍鋅鋼板和玻璃2種材質(zhì)，選用鍍鋅鋼板為好；與之匹配的電機(jī)功率有750瓦和1100瓦2種，選擇1100瓦的電機(jī)為好；風(fēng)機(jī)類型較多，材質(zhì)有不銹鋼、鍍鋅鋼板、鋁合金、彩鋼板，從性能而言，宜選用不銹鋼風(fēng)葉。風(fēng)葉造型多種多樣，性能好的造型和加工工藝均復(fù)雜；轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)總成有壓鑄鋁、鑄鐵2種，相比之下，壓鑄鋁性能較好；百葉窗自動(dòng)開(kāi)啟裝置有離心錘式、重力錘式和風(fēng)吹式。從經(jīng)驗(yàn)看，離心錘式較穩(wěn)定，重力錘式易受積塵影響，啟閉易失靈。風(fēng)吹式主要用于36寸風(fēng)機(jī)。百葉窗主要看其密合性是否。

From experience, the centrifugal hammer is relatively stable, the gravity hammer is easily affected by dust accumulation, and the opening and closing are easy to fail. Wind blowing type is mainly used for 36 inch fan. Shutter mainly depends on its good tightness.

在電力、鋼鐵、水泥、造紙等行業(yè)中大量使用的風(fēng)機(jī)設(shè)備，因輸送的氣體介質(zhì)中含有大量的硬質(zhì)粉塵顆粒和酸性氣體，這些設(shè)備的過(guò)流部件，受到強(qiáng)烈的沖刷腐蝕，尤其是其心臟部件葉輪，在其葉片的末端運(yùn)行線速度達(dá)到160米每秒，磨損速度比其它部位更為嚴(yán)重。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，使用普通的碳鋼或一般耐磨鋼16Mn制造的葉輪，一般使用壽命只有半年，更短的只有幾十天，雖然使用過(guò)各種表面防磨措施如堆焊，噴涂，噴焊、涂覆高分子耐磨材料等，使用壽命也難以得到顯著提高。比較常用的方法中，以堆焊使用比較多，效果尚可，一般能使用一年以上而不需要大面積修理。其缺點(diǎn)是由于堆焊輸入大量熱量，如果控制不好，會(huì)導(dǎo)致葉輪變形，而且不能反復(fù)修理使用。熱噴涂噴焊也有同樣的問(wèn)題，而大大限制了它們的應(yīng)用。

Among the commonly used methods, overlay welding is widely used, with acceptable effect. Generally, it can be used for more than one year without large area repair. The disadvantage is that a lot of heat is input into the surfacing, if the control is not good, the impeller will be deformed, and can not be repaired and used repeatedly. Thermal spray welding has the same problem, which greatly limits their application.

目前一種較好的方法是在葉輪活蝸殼便面粘貼或者鑲嵌耐磨陶瓷，由于耐磨陶瓷有良好的耐磨性能，可以大大提高分機(jī)的耐磨性能。
