1、通風、空氣調(diào)節(jié)工程所使用的主要材料、設備、成品半成品等均應有出廠合格證明書或質(zhì)量鑒定文件。

1、部件安裝前應進行如下檢查，經(jīng)檢查合格并填寫有關驗收資料后方可進行安裝：

1）各類閥門制作應牢固，調(diào)節(jié)制動裝置應準確靈活、可靠，并標明閥門啟閉方向，防火閥殼體厚度應大于等于2mm，材料選用應符合GB50243-97規(guī)范要求。西安通風管道制作廠家

2）風口表面應平整，偏差<=2mm，矩形風口對角線差<=3mm，圓形風口任意正交兩直徑的允許偏差<=2mm。

3）風口各轉(zhuǎn)動部分應靈活，葉片或插板應平直，葉片內(nèi)距應均勻，散流器和調(diào)節(jié)應同軸，軸向間距分布勻稱，葉片等啟閉應完全，人防密閉閥方向與沖擊波相準確，不可裝反，葉片全開或全閉，不可作調(diào)節(jié)風量之用。

4）柔性短管人防濾毒系統(tǒng)選用橡膠型，其他選用三防防火帆布，各吊、支、托架，應平整牢固，焊縫飽滿，抱箍的圓弧應均勻。
