通風(fēng)管道加工制作質(zhì)量的驗收，按設(shè)計圖紙與本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定執(zhí)行。工程中所選用的外購風(fēng)管，還必須提供相應(yīng)的產(chǎn)品合格證明文件或進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度和嚴(yán)密性的驗證，符合要求的方可使用。系統(tǒng)風(fēng)管允許漏風(fēng)量：按風(fēng)管系統(tǒng)類別所規(guī)定平均單位面積、單位時間內(nèi)的大允許漏風(fēng)量。

（2）凈化空調(diào)系統(tǒng)：用于潔凈空間的空氣調(diào)節(jié)、空氣凈化系統(tǒng)。

（3）漏光檢測：用強(qiáng)光源對風(fēng)管的咬口、接縫、法蘭及其他連接處進(jìn)行透光檢查，確定孔洞、縫隙等滲漏部位及數(shù)量的方法。

（4）風(fēng)管系統(tǒng)的工作壓力：指系統(tǒng)風(fēng)管總風(fēng)管處設(shè)計的大的工作壓力。

通風(fēng)管道規(guī)格的驗收，風(fēng)管以外徑或外邊長為準(zhǔn)，風(fēng)道以內(nèi)徑或內(nèi)邊長為準(zhǔn)。通風(fēng)管道的規(guī)格搜索宜按照的規(guī)定。圓形風(fēng)管應(yīng)優(yōu)先采用基本系列。非規(guī)則橢圓形風(fēng)管參照矩形風(fēng)管，并以長徑平面邊長及短徑尺寸為準(zhǔn)。

風(fēng)管系統(tǒng)按其系統(tǒng)的工作壓力劃分為三個類別，其類別劃分應(yīng)符合表鍍鋅鋼板及各類含有復(fù)合保護(hù)層的鋼板，應(yīng)采用咬口連接或鉚接，不得采用影響其保護(hù)層防腐性能的焊接連接方法。

風(fēng)管的密封，應(yīng)以板材連接的密封為主，可采用密封膠嵌縫和其他方法密封。密封膠性能應(yīng)符合使用環(huán)境的要求，密封面宜設(shè)在風(fēng)管的正壓側(cè)。

The sealing of air duct shall be mainly based on the sealing of plate connection, which can be sealed by sealant caulking and other methods.
