所有設(shè)備必須在設(shè)備到貨后核對其基礎(chǔ)尺寸，經(jīng)確認正確無誤后方可安裝，否則須請土建工種依設(shè)備修改基礎(chǔ)并達到設(shè)計要求后再行安裝，基礎(chǔ)表面必須按設(shè)計標高找平抹光。

風管穿過防火墻樓板處應使用不燃材料封堵。防火閥設(shè)單獨吊支架，安裝位置正確與設(shè)計相符，與氣流方向與閥體標志的箭頭一致。

風機安裝：風機在安裝前應檢查葉輪與機殼間的間隙是否符合設(shè)備技術(shù)文件的要求，葉輪與機殼間有無碰殼現(xiàn)象，葉輪轉(zhuǎn)動是否靈活，接通電源檢查葉輪旋轉(zhuǎn)方向，出風方向是否正確，支吊托架應設(shè)隔振裝置，根據(jù)風機重量制作相應的支吊架，支吊托架安裝牢固可靠，機體安裝后應有鎖緊裝置。當風機固定在樓板上時，吊桿膨脹螺栓應穿通樓板面。

The support and lifting brackets shall be installed firmly and reliably, and the body shall be equipped with locking devices after installation. When the fan is fixed on the floor, the boom expansion bolt should go through the floor.

風管上的調(diào)節(jié)閥防火閥按有關(guān)設(shè)計施工圖的要求及規(guī)范的規(guī)定安裝，氣流方向應正確，安裝前必須檢驗其靈活性和可靠性，安裝時注意閥柄要操作方便，保溫操作時切忌影響閥村和閥柄的運動。

油網(wǎng)過濾器的安裝，安裝前應用60～70%的蘇打水溶液清洗干凈，風干后浸上20#機油，靜淋3～5分鐘后再裝入除塵過濾箱或框架上。安裝時將孔眼大的網(wǎng)層置于空氣進入側(cè)。過濾吸收器安裝，平時嚴禁打開進出口的密封蓋，以免受潮，只就位不連接，有關(guān)配件要放置有序。安裝時注意濾煙層在前，濾毒層在后，發(fā)現(xiàn)金屬表面生銹應及時除銹。在管道之間用法蘭之間應墊4～5毫米的橡膠墊片（過濾器兩端自帶）。
