工藝原理：在鍍鋅板 風(fēng)管產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的基礎(chǔ)上，選用氬弧焊焊接1.0厚不銹鋼鋼板矩形 風(fēng)管。氬弧焊不僅用以風(fēng)管的橫向連接，還用以風(fēng)管的縱向拼湊，即風(fēng)管接頭均采用氬弧焊焊接。風(fēng)管選用不銹鋼角鋼框架和斜角加固法，選用不銹鋼板加固，以保障風(fēng)管的剛度要求。

風(fēng)管側(cè)焊：風(fēng)管翻邊高度保持在15mm。假如翻邊太小，不僅不便焊接操作和夾具應(yīng)用，并且焊接時(shí)容易將高溫轉(zhuǎn)移風(fēng)管上，導(dǎo)致風(fēng)管形變。假如翻邊太大，材料便會(huì)消耗。
Side welding of air duct: the flanging height of air duct shall be kept at 15mm. If the flanging is too small, it is not only inconvenient for welding operation and fixture application, but also easy to transfer high temperature to the air duct during welding, resulting in air duct deformation. 焊接鋼筋骨架:將設(shè)置好的不銹鋼角鋼框架移各節(jié)流管橫向翻邊接頭處，用夾具夾緊，風(fēng)管橫向翻邊接頭與不銹鋼筋焊接框架。這樣可以避免角鐵與風(fēng)管直接焊接引起的形變。因?yàn)椴讳P鋼角鋼加固框架只是起加以固定功效，不銹鋼角鋼加固框架與風(fēng)管翻邊的焊接可采取中斷焊接。然后對(duì)不銹鋼風(fēng)管開展酸洗鈍化處理，以提升風(fēng)管的防腐特性。
